A new web tool aims to keep travellers in touch with friends and family with minimum fuss.
Gap years were once the preserve of the young, but as any travel agent will tell you, more and more people in their forties and fifties are packing away their troubles and hitting the road, determined to see what the rest of the world has to offer.
